Summer of Slow Art: This is the second part of our trilogy of "Slow Art" Join two specialist artists for a series of mornings dedicated to replenishment. A "slow art" study of the silver birch. Use fine-line pen work to capture papery textures, accented by the shimmering light of fired glass. Try two crafts - Fused Glass and Pen & Ink with plenty of tea/coffee and cakes provided in-between. Amanda & our guest artist "Renira" will guide you through an hour of each craft to make your own unique fused glass silver birch scene and washing pen & ink pigments to create delicate bark detail and sylvan shimmer. Your pen & ink work will be available to take home after the session and the fused glass will need to be fired in the kiln and will be ready 2 weeks after the session.
