Service Description

Fused Glass Workshop Create your very own Poppy Scene. You will be guided step-by-step by Amanda & Alison, and this is a great workshop for anyone new to fused glass. You will have 2 x projects to complete, a practice hanger and a larger 10cm x 13cm panel which will be set onto a glass base. We will kiln fire your panel and they will be ready for you to collect around 2 weeks later. This is an exciting, fused glass class, suitable for adults with no or limited fused glass experience. The workshop last for up to 2 and a half hrs. What to Expect Step into our bright studio and learn the captivating craft of glass art. In this fast-paced, hands-on workshop, you will learn the fundamental techniques of scoring, breaking, and shaping glass to create your own unique piece. Because glass is a beautifully unique and precise medium, this session requires focus, a steady hand, and a willingness to try something completely new. We move at a steady, structured pace to make sure you get the absolute most out of your time with us. Halfway through the session, we’ll step away from the tools for a short break to enjoy some complimentary refreshments, reset, and chat. Is this workshop right for you?
