Service Description

Ceramic Workshop Create your very own unique ceramic salt pig! You will be guided step-by-step by Amanda & Alison, and this is a great workshop for anyone new to pottery. You will hand-build a salt pig with stoneware clay, your work will need a couple of weeks to dry and be bisque fired, once fired, you can paint your piece at home using acrylics and this can then be an ornamental pig OR for it to be food safe and so you can use it as a salt pig you can arrange to come back to paint your pig with our coloured glazes and we will re-fire it for you , we can discuss this and arrange a future 1 hour glazing session during the workshop. This is an exciting, pottery class, suitable for adults with no or limited pottery experience. The workshop last for up to 3 hours.
