Hassle-Free Process
Damaged Items
For any damaged products, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following: (i) Please email us on info@driftglassandceramics.co.uk to advise of the damage (ii) Attach a photograph showing the damage, (iii) We will send you a return label.
Unwanted Items
For any undamaged / unwanted products, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please note the following: (i) You will be responsible for the return postage costs (ii) You will be responsible for the safe return of the item.
